What we collect

When you register for an event we collect your name, email address, and optionally your business name, who referred you, and what you’re hoping to get out of the night. If you fill in the post-event survey we also keep your answers.

We record which events you registered for and attended, so we can tell first-time attendees from returning ones and report honest numbers.

What we do with it

We email you about the event you registered for — a confirmation and a reminder. Those are sent whether or not you opt into anything else.

If you tick the box to receive updates, we’ll also email you about future gatherings. You can unsubscribe from those at any time, and it won’t affect your registrations.

Who else sees it

We share aggregate numbers — how many registered, how many attended, survey scores — with Omni Circle. Those reports don’t identify you.

We only pass your email to Omni Circle if you explicitly said yes when the survey asked. We don’t sell your details to anyone, ever.

Your testimonial

If you leave us a quote, we publish it with your name only if you ticked the box giving permission. Otherwise it stays internal. You can withdraw that permission by asking.

Getting your data removed

Ask, and we’ll delete your record. Write to clinton@thefoundedframework.com and say what you’d like removed.
